The technology itself is one of the oldest processing technologies, dating back several decades. The reinforcing materials are impregnated using a brush or roller in the tool, which gives the final shape of the part. The resin system used in our factory is epoxy.

In order for the ratio of resin to reinforcing material to be ideal, the products cure under a stable vacuum. The force exerted by the vacuum on the surface of the laminate helps to remove the excess resin.

The stability of our production process and the high quality of the parts we manufacture are helped by our fabric impregnation machines. This guarantees that the fabric / resin ratio is the same for each part of the part, with the minimum weight of the products.
